CASE STUDY: DENBRIDGE ROAD
We sourced a 1,300ft2 property that, while dilapidated and unmortgageable, was on a site that offered strong opportunities for development. We negotiated the £825,000 cash purchase of the property, and attained planning permission for an 8,000ft2 seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom executive home. After overseeing the entire demolition and build process, with build costs of £1.25 million, the new property was sold for £2.8 million.
